Eric Burd is Vice President of Product for TheLadders, where he leads the product and creative teams in developing and executing its customer-focused vision. He joined the company in 2008 and is based in the New York headquarters.
Eric joined TheLadders from SchoolNet, a leading provider of data-driven education software. In his role as Vice President of Product Marketing, he ensured that its products optimized operational efficiency for increasing student achievement and teacher quality. Previously, Eric was a Director with SeedCo, a national nonprofit organization that advances economic opportunity, where he led a $45 million social-purpose investment fund to redevelop business in Lower Manhattan after 9/11. Before that, Eric was a Product Manager at Hewlett-Packard, where he oversaw a global team of marketing specialists and managed a product line generating $400 million in revenue. He began his career in Moscow as an International Business Development Director, working for Apple Computer’s distributor in Russia.
