  Modern tech is continuing to make it possible to build more and more for less and less (time and money). The next wave of disruption and enterprise  value creation on the web will not come from the teams with the most horsepower but from the teams that iterate the fastest, evolve the fastest and adjust the fastest. Many of these companies will be led by designers and all of them will be design driven organizations.

  Agile has been unleashed and it has changed the game of company building and seed stage investing.  In this new world, RPMs, not horsepower, matter most.
